Öffentlicher Rootschlüssel für CA-Zertifikate (bitte herunterladen und in "vertrauenswürdige Zertifizierungstellen" Ihres Browsers oder Mail-Progammes importieren; in Windows möglicherweise "alle Dateien" auswählen, um das Zertifikat zu sehen):

Please open the certificate (the following commands might be different as we have no means to check the english version) -> show it -> details -> edit properties -> Tab OCSO ->x no OSCP (the Biomer server might not be online 24 hrs a day).
Bitte Zertifikat öffnen -> anzeigen -> Details -> Eigenschaften bearbeiten -> Reiter OCSP öffnen und Box "nicht überprüfen" ankreuzen (da Server von Biomer nicht immer 24 Stunden läuft).

Please inform us if you have difficulties. Different systems might ask for different forms of the certificate. We will provide the appropriate ones.
